Despite the severe weather being forecasted for the day nearly 100 Hicksville residents participated in the
1st Annual Hicksville Civic Picnic.

Representatives of Duffy Park, West Green and Midland Civic Associations and members of the Hicksville
Community Council and the HGCA Hicksville Oil Consortium were also in attendance.  Elected officials representing
the NYS Senate, NYS Assembly, Nassau County Legislature and Town of Oyster Bay participated as well.
