Behind the strip of stores is a house on a parcel of land zoned R-1 (Residence District).  The other parcels
of land are zoned NB (Neighborhood Business).   The applicants, First Hartford Realty Corp. and S&V
Enterprises, LLC, are requesting a change of zone for the residential parcel of land from ‘R-1’ Residence
District to ‘NB’ Neighborhood Business District to construct the pharmacy.

The applicants made a presentation to the Town Board at the August 5th hearing, but will repeat the
presentation at the September 23rd hearing.  The meeting will be held in the hearing room of Town Hall
East, 54 Audrey Avenue, Oyster Bay.  Beginning at 7:00 p.m., the regular Town calendar, including the
above-mentioned hearing, will be called.  Following the regular Town business, the Town Board will be
available to listen to public comment on any matter.
