This structure is highly visible by the large plume of condensation that occurs particularly on moist, humid days.   The plume is the after product of
untreated ground water being used to cool its outer core.

We are concerned with the content of that untreated ground water and its effects on our community.  Various letters have been sent to the State EPA and
local elected officials.  We are still waiting on a final analysis of that water.  In the meantime we have been able to negotiate with the Power Plant to ensure
that the plant is shut down when the plume obstructs visibility on Route 107.
