At first, the steel, the cement, the electrical and the plumbing were not inspected. In addition to this a zoning problem arose when it was discovered that the
property had insufficient parking. Despite opposition by the HGCA a variance was issued to the owner of the property and stores are now being leased. The
situation is still under the watchful eye of our membership.
This property is located on the southern triangle of
Broadway and Bloomingdale Road.
